- الأستاذ المشارك بقسم التفسير وعلوم القرآن، كلية أصول الدين بالجامعة الإسلامية العالمية بإسلام آباد، باكستان.
- من مواليد عام ( 1967م ) بأفغانستان.
- حصل على الماجستير من قسم التفسير والحديث بكلية أصول الدين، الجامعة الإسلامية العالمية بإسلام آباد، باكستان عام ( 1993م ).
- وعين محاضرًا بنفس الكلية.
- وحصل على الدكتوراه عام ( 2001م ) من قسم التفسير بنفس الكلية فرقي أستاذًا مساعدًا.
- وفي عام ( 2009م ) رقي إلى درجة أستاذ مشارك في التفسير وعلوم القرآن.
- وقد قام في هذه الفترة بأعمال علمية وإدارية مختلفة.
- وصدر له العديد من الكتب والبحوث في الدوريات المحكمة، وعشرات المقالات في المجلات والمواقع العربية، والمجلات باللغات المحلية.

يتناول حياة الإمام الطحاوي وأثره في نقد سند الحديث ومتنه، فهو من علماء الأمة الذين وفِّقوا لإيجاد منهج متكامل وفلسفة نقدية شاملة لنقد الحديث، عالجـوا فيها جميـع النواحي المحتمـلة في دخـول الخلل أو الضعف إلى الحديث، ودرسوا الراوي وسلسلة السند - ككلٍّ - والمتن والمؤثرات الخارجية بإسهابٍ تامٍّ. وقد ظهر تميز الإمام الطحاوي من بين المحدثين في عنايته الفائقة بنقد متن الحديث بحكم طريقته المبتكرة في التأليف، وبحكم معالجته لموضوع مشكل الحديث ومختلفه اللذين يتعلقان في الغالـب بالمتن، إلى جانب أمور كثيرة أخرى تتعلق بنقد السند، ويستخرج هذا الكتاب بعض القواعد المهمة لنقد الحديث لم يشر إليها قبله مـحدِّثٌ.
