Book Description
إنَّ الله ـ جلَّ وعلا ـ قد هيَّأ لهذه الأمَّةِ علماءَ ربَّانيين، حَفِظوا حديثَ نبيِّه محمَّدٍ صلى الله عليه وسلم في دواوين ألَّفوها في السُّنن والأحكام، والحلال والحرام، وما جاء عنه صلى الله عليه وسلم في فضائل الأعمال ونَفَائسِ الأحوال الداعـيـةِ إلى طُرق الخيرِ وسُبُل الرَّشاد، وما دعا إليه من مكارم الأخلاقِ ومحاسنِ الآداب.
وكان كتابُ ’مصابيح السُّنَّة‘ للإمام محيي السنة، شيخِ الإسلام البَغَويِّ أجمعَ كتابٍ صُنِّف في بابه، وأضبطَ لشواردِ الأحاديث وأَوابِدها. وهو الكتابُ الذي عكـف عليه المتعبِّدون، واشــــتغل بتدريسه الأئمةُ المعتبرون، وأقرَّ بفضله وتقديمـــه الفقهــاءُ المحدثون، وقـــال بتمييزه الموافقون والمخالفون.
وهو كتابٌ مُبَاركٌ، وفيه عِلمٌ جَــمٌّ من سُـــنن رســـول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، ناهزت أحاديثُه الخمسةَ آلاف حديث، أحسنَ الإمامُ في ترتيبها، وفاقَ ترتيبُه للكتب كثيراً من كتب الحديث المصنَّفة، فإنه وضَعَ دلائلَ الأحكام على نَهجٍ يستحسنُه الفقيهُ، فوضع الترغيبَ والترهيب على ما يقتضيه العلم، ولو فكَّر أحدٌ في تغيير بابٍ عن موضعه لم يجدْ له موضعاً أنسبَ مما اقتضى رأيُه.
وقد كثُرت عنــاية العلماءِ بهــذا الكتاب الجليل، وتنوَّعت الشروحُ والتعليقاتُ والتخريجاتُ عليه، ومن تلكَ الشروحِ الحافلةِ، شَرْحُ الإمامِ أبي المَفَاخر عَليِّ بنِ عُبيدالله المشهورِ بـ (زَين العَرَب) الذي اشتمل على غالبِ مادَّة ’مصابيح السنة‘ للإمام البَغَويِّ وقد عُنِي فيه ببيانِ الألفاظِ المُشْكِلة والمُبْهمَةِ، وبيانِ مواضعِ الإِعْرابِ، في بعضِ الأماكنِ، وذَكَر فيه التوفيقَ بين الأحاديثِ المُوْهِمة منافاة بعضـِها بعضاً على طريقةِ السُّؤال والجواب. وأوردَ في كلِّ بابٍ منه ما يتعلَّقُ به من الأحكام، وذلك بالإشـارةِ إلى ما تمسَّكَ به كلُّ إمامٍ من الأئمة المجتهدينَ وغيرِهم دونَ تعصُّبٍ لمذهبٍ، أو حَمْلِ حديثٍ وتنزيلهِ على رَأي إمامٍ.
فأتى شَرحاً مُفيداً مُحَرَّراً، جَمَعَ فيه المؤلِّفُ نَقَاوةَ وخُلاصةَ الشُّروحِ السَّابقة؛ كشرحِ الإِمامِ التُّوْرِبـِشْتي والبَيضَاويِّ والمُظْهِرِيِّ، وزادَ عليه مِنْ كُتُب الإمامِ البَغَويِّ والجَوْهَرِي والزَّمَخْشَرِيِّ وابنِ الأَثيرِ جُمَلاً ضَمَّتِ الكثيرَ من الفوائدِ والعَوَائد.
هذا، وقد تمَّ التقديمُ للكتاب بترجمة الإمام البغوي، وترجمة الإمام زين العرب، ثم تلاه تعريف بمنهج المؤلِّف في هذا الشرح. وتمَّ تذييلُ الكتابِ بِفِهْرسِ أطرافِ الأحاديث النبوية الشريفة التي شرحها المؤِّلفُ، ثم فِهرسٍ لعناوينِ الكُتب والأبواب.
