الموت يغيب وزير الثقافة الاسبق عبد القادر حاتم القاهرة - قالت وكالة أنباء الشرق الأوسط الرسمية المصرية إن وزير الثقافة والإعلام الأسبق محمد عبد القادر حاتم (97 عاما) توفي الثلاثاء متأثرا بأزمة صحية ألمت به في الآونة الأخيرة.
ولد حاتم في الثالث من سبتمبر/أيلول 1918 -وهو العام الذي ولد فيه الرئيسان الراحلان جمال عبد الناصر وأنور السادات- ودرس العلوم العسكرية والاقتصاد السياسي.
وبعد ثورة 23 يوليو/تموز 1952 التي أنهت الحكم الملكي في البلاد كان ضمن فريق يضع استراتيجية إعلامية لمصر في بداية استقلالها عن الاحتلال البريطاني.
وحصل حاتم -الذي عهد إليه بتأسيس أول وكالة أنباء في العالم العربي (وكالة أنباء الشرق الأوسط) في نهايات العام 1955- على الدكتوراه من كلية الحقوق بجامعة القاهرة عام 1957 وأصبح في العام التالي وزير دولة مسؤولا عن الإذاعة والإعلام ثم أصبح وزيرا للثقافة والإرشاد القومي (الإعلام) وفي عهده افتتح مبنى التلفزيون المصري الذي بدأ البث عام 1960.
وعين حاتم وزيرا للإعلام مرة أخرى في بدايات السبعينات وأشرف على الاستراتيجية الإعلامية لمصر خلال حرب أكتوب/ تشرين الأول عام 1973 ضد اسرائيل.
ولحاتم نحو 20 كتابا في شؤون الرأي العام والإعلام والسياسة ومنها "المفاجأة الاستراتيجية في حرب أكتوبر 1973" و"الإعلام في القرآن الكريم" و"العولمة..
ما لها وما عليها".
وفي الثمانينات استعانت به كلية الإعلام بجامعة القاهرة لإلقاء محاضرات لطلابها وكان آخر المناصب التي شغلها إشرافه على المجالس القومية المتخصصة وهي هيئات استشارية ذات طابع علمي تتبع رئاسة الجمهورية وتضم خبراء في تخصصات مختلفة بهدف المساعدة في رسم السياسة العامة للدولة.

الدكتور محمد عبد القادر حاتم, رجل غنى عن التعريف به, فهو الوحيد الذى عمل مع الرؤساء, ناصر- السادات- مبارك, ونال ثقتهم وفيه يقترح على الرئيس السادات- بطل الحرب والسلام- سياسة جديدة ضد إسرائيل وهى المفاجأة الاستراتيجية والتى تقوم على السرية التامة والكتمان, ومن يريد أن يحارب لايعلن أنه سيحارب مع تطبيق مبدأ الرسول- عليه السلام- "الحرب خدعة".
ومصر تريد السلام وليس العدوان لتنخدع إسرائيل وحليفتها أمريكا بأن مصر غير قادرة على الحرب, وبعدها تم الهجوم ومفاجأة العدو, وحققت القوات المسلحة الفوز من الضربة الأولى للقوات الجوية والتى قام بها الرئيس محمد حسنى مبارك. وقام الإعلام المصرى بقيادة د. حاتم بنجاح كبير فى إعداد الدولة للحرب فى تلك الأونة.
