منذ ذلك الوقت ظل البروفيسور سايكس يُستدعى، باعتباره رائدًا مرجعيًا دوليًا، لفحص حالات عديدة لها أهيمة واضحة مثل حالة "رجل الثلج"، و"إنسان شيدر"، وحالات الأفراد الكثيرين الذين يزعمون أنهم الأحياء الباقين من الأسرة الملكية الروسية.
كما عمل البروفيسور سايكس محققًا للأخبار في التلفزيون ومستشارًا علميًا للبرلمان.
لاقى أول كتاب ينشر لـ د.
