وفي هذا الكتاب الذي بين أيدينا محاولة لتوضيح وشرح كافة الأحكام والضوابط المتعلقة بعقود الزواج وبأحكام الأسرة المسلمة، وقد رأى المؤلف في عرضها سهولة الأسلوب، وحسن الترتيب، كما اعتنى بذكر الرأي المنهجي الراجح الذي ينبغي أن يكون عليه عمل المسلم.
