عضو أكاديمية المغرب, وأكاديمية علوم ما وراء البحار, والمجمع اللغوي بالقاهرة, والأكاديمية الدولية للفلسفة, والرئيس المؤسس لاتحاد كتاب المغرب, ورئيس جمعية الفلسفة بالمغرب.
له عدد كبير من المؤلفات الفلسفية والروائية والشعرية كتبها باللغتين ولد الدكتور محمد عزيز الحبابي عام 1923 في مدينة فاس.
