- الفصا لرابع: عن الهياكل التنظيمية للمؤسسات الصحفية مع ملحقعن "الأرشيف الصحفي".
- الفصل الخامس: عن مصروفات الصحيفة ومواردها.
وفي خاتمة الكتاب حديث قصير عن المشكلة الاقتصادية في الصحافة المصرية المعاصرة.
