كما يشير الكتاب إلى إدارة درس التربية الرياضية و تنظيمه مركزا على صفات الدرس الجيد وتنظيم وإدارة الأنشطة الرياضية وصفات المدرس وتنظيم و إدارة التربية الرياضية في المدرسة وإدارة و تنظيم المهرجانات الرياضية مبينا أنواع المهرجانات وأنماطها على مستوى المدارس والأندية الرياضية والكليات والجامعات ثم ينتقل إلى العلاقات العامة في التربية الرياضية مفهومها وخصائصها و المبادئ العامة التي ينبغي أن تقوم عليها وأغراض هذه العلاقات ووسائلها ثم التعرض لوسائل الإعلام واستخدامها في العلاقات العامة وتنظيم الوقت في إدارة الأنشطة الرياضية
موضحا ما هو الوقت وكيف تنظم الوقت وعملية استخدامه والحكم على كيفية استخدامه والسلوك الإداري في تحديد قيمة الوقت وأخيرا إجراءات بدء العمل والمبادئ المساعدة في تنظيم السلوك لإنجاز العمل والاهتمام بالاجتماعات في العمل الإداري للتربية الرياضية ووضع جدول أعمال الاجتماع مسبقا مع بيان كيفية تحقيق النجاح.
