يئول في الأساس إلى رسالتي للدكتوراه التي تخلقت فكرتها على يد أ.د عبد الحكيم راضي، ثم نمت وتنامت وأنشئت خلقًا من بعد خلق بإشراف أ.د رمضان عبد التواب (رحمه الله) وأ.د أحمد عبد العزيز دراج، ثم قومت وروعيت بعناية أ.د أحمد كشك وأ.د حسام البهنساوي، جزى الله الجميع خيرًا. وحسب هذه الدراسة أن تكون لبنة في صرح كل من علم اللسانيات الحديث وعلم اللغة التي تشيع بين الباحثين، ويرى الباحث أنها بحاجة إلى تدقيق وتحرير، من مثل: مفهوم البنية الصرفية، ومفهوم الدلالة، وطبيعة العلاقة التي تربط البنية الصرفية بالظواهر الدلالية بصفة عامة والظواهر الدلالية في القراءات القرآنية بصفة خاصة، فضلًا عما تردد على لسان ابن درستويه وابن جني وابن الأثير والشيخ رضي الدين وغيرهم من اللغويين القدامى والمحدثين من قضايا لغوية ومقولات مثل: إن زيادة المبني توجب زيداة المعنى، وإنا قوة الملفوظ لقوة المعنى، وإن للصيغة الواحدة عدة معاني صرفية، واحتسابهم للمبالغة معنى وبابا صرفيًا مستقلًا مثلها في ذلك مثل اسم الفاعل واسم المفعول وغيرها من أبواب التصريف، بالإضافة إلى غياب القراءات القرآنية عن دراساتها بعض اللغويين والبلاغيين المفسرين لقضايا الصرفية والدلالة ومسائل البلاغة والأسلوب وتفسير القرآن الكريم بسبب ما يشيع عن القراءات بأنها مجرد اختلافات صوتية مردها إلى اختلاف اللهجات. وقد أثبتت الدراسة خلاف ذلك كله، على نحو ما صرحت به إجمالًا في نتائجها، وفضلت بالأدلة والبراهين القول فيه في أبوابها وفصولها.
