إن الوطن العربي، وموقعه الحيوي من العالم، وظهور "إسرائيل" شريكاً في هذا الموقع الحيوي المهم، الذي توطنت فيه استثمارات ضخمة خاصة بالاحتكارات المتعددة الجنسيات، وأصبحت "إسرائيل" تستحوذ على قوى عسكرية، وإقتصادية، وسياسية، وأثر هذه المرتكزات الثلاثة ذات الترابط الجدلي في الجوانب السياسية، والإقتصادية، والعسكرية في الوطن العربي، إن "إسرائيل" التي جعلتها قوتها العسكرية، قوة رادعة أهلتها من ناحية لأن تأخذ تقويضاً بالتصدي خارج الموقع الجغرافي الذي اعتصبته، لحماية المصالح الإمبريالية عموماً، ومن ثم لكبح نهوض حركة التحرر في الوطن العربي، وتعويق تطور كل بلد عربي على حدة، ومن ناحية أخرى، لأن تتطلع إلى مركز أفضل داخل النظام الإمبريالي العالمي، مركز يسمح لها بالتوسع تحقيقاً لمصالحها الخاصة على أن يتم هذا التوسع الخاص في توافق مع النظام الإمبريالي، وليست في صراع معه، وعلى هذا الأساس فإن تطور المؤسسة العسكرية "الإسرائيلية" أفضى إلى التأثير في الأصعدة السياسية والإقتصادية والعسكرية.
