في البحث جملة من الارتسامات التي جعلت من موت الإنسان وشيكاً مع فوكو، سنحاول أن نُبيِّن في كتابنا هذه، حول إشكالية الإنسان في الفلسفة المعاصرة، أنّ ما اجتازتْه النزعة الإنسانية في حقل الفكر المعاصر، ابتداء من الستينيات، كانت بدراسة للفراغ وللتراث الفلسفي (الماحدث والمايحدث) يوم أن تم الإعلان عن "موت الإنسان" ونهاية النزعة الإنسانية في سياق الدعوة إلى تهوّير التراث الفلسفي الميتافيزيقي وتجاوزه، لقد اعتبر الفراغ نتيجة موت الإله، هو المساحة التي تخافها العلوم الإنسانية، لأنّه أمام هذه النكبات التي لم تتوان أن تُصيب العلوم الإنسانية قد جعل من الفوبيا(La Phobie) طريدة علوم الإنسان، من خلال إمكانية الرجوع، وهو:" ليس نُقصاً، لا يُمثل فراغاً، يجب إتمامه، (...) بل هو الثنية من جديد، لفضاء يُتيح إمكانية جديدة للتفكير".
