تناول الباحث المس تعارض دلالة اللفظ والقصد في أصول الفقه والقواعد الفقهية

ثم تطرق الباحث في الباب الثالث: التعارض بين دلالة لفظ المكلف وقصده
لجملة من المسائل، منها: الإرادة الظاهرة والإرادة الباطنة للمكلف. القواعد الفقهية المتعلقة بتعارض دلالة لفظ المكلف وقصده. الضوابط العامة في تنزيل الوقائع عند تعارض دلالة لفظ المكلف مع قصده.
وأورد الباحث في خاتمة بحثه ملخصًا اشتمل على أهم النتائج والتوصيات
