Book Description
"البيان والتبيين" كتاب مختص بالبلاغة وفنونها، يرجع إليه الدارس عندما يحز به أمر في استجلاء قضية بلاغية، أو استزادة لموضوع من مواضيع البلاغة، ومؤلفه هو الجاحظ الذي قال فيه ابن العميد: "ثلاثة علوم، الناس كلهم عيال فيها على ثلاثة أنفس. أما الفقه فعلى أبي حنيفة، وأما الكلام فعلى أبي الهذيل العلاف، وأما البلاغة والفصاحة واللسن فعلى الجاحظ". والمتتبع لمسيرة البلاغة التاريخية يجد "البيان والتبيين" كتاب مختص بالبلاغة وفنونها، يرجع إليه الدارس عندما يحز به أمر في استجلاء قضية بلاغية، أو استزادة لموضوع من مواضيع البلاغة، ومؤلفه هو الجاحظ الذي قال فيه ابن العميد: "ثلاثة علوم، الناس كلهم عيال فيها على ثلاثة أنفس. أما الفقه فعلى أبي حنيفة، وأما الكلام فعلى أبي الهذيل العلاف، وأما البلاغة والفصاحة واللسن فعلى الجاحظ". والمتتبع لمسيرة البلاغة التاريخية يجد أن لها ارتباطاً بالرواية والمشافهة والسماع، ولذلك قال الحافظ في هذا الكتاب: "أنه ليس في الأرض كلام هو أمتع ولا أنفع ولا آنق ولا ألذ في الإسماع، ولا أشد اتصالاً بالعقول السليمة، ولا أفتن للسان، ولا أجود تقديماً للبيان، من طول استماع حديث الأعراب الفصحاء العقلاء والعلماء البلغاء".
