القراءات القرآنية أدلة ساطعة قاطعة على أن هذا القرآن كلام الله تعالى القائل: (ولو كان من عند غير الله لوجدوا فيه اختلفاً كثيراً) [سورة النساء من الآية 82].
ولذا قال عبد الله بن مسعود رضي الله عنه: "لا تختلفوا في القرآن ولا تنازعوا فيه، فإنه لا يختلف ولا يتساقط، ألا ترون أن شريعة الإسلام فيه واحدة، حدودها واحدة، حدودها وقراءاتها، وأمر الله فيها واحد، ولو كان من الحرفين - أي من القراءتين - حرف يأمر بشيء ينهى عنه الآخر كان ذلك الإختلاف، ولكنه جامع ذلك كله، ومن قرأ قراءة فلا يدعها رغبة عنها، فإنه من كفر بحرف منه كفر به كله.
"ومن هؤلاء القراء الأجلاء، الإمام أبو عمرو البصري العالم المقرئ اللغوي الذي قال عنه ابن مجاهد: "كان أبو عمرو مُقَدّماً ما في عصره عالماً بالقراءة ووجوهها قدوة بالعلم في اللغة وإمام الناس في العربية، وكان مع علمه باللغة وفقهه في العربية متمسكاً بالآثار لا يكاد يخالف ما جاء عن الأئمة من قبله متواضعاً في علمه قرأ على أهل الحجاز وسلك في القراءة طريقهم، ولم تزل العلماء في زمانه تقدمه وتقر له بفضله وتأتم بالقراءة بمذهبه".
وروى الداني بسنده إلى سفيان بن عيينه أنه قال: "رأيت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم في المنام، فقلت: يا رسول الله اختلفت القراءات فبقراءة من تأمرني أن أقرأ؟ فقال: اقرأ بقراءة أبي عمرو بن العلاء".
فقراءة أبي عمرو البصري من القراءات العشر المتواترة وفيها من المعاني ما لا يوجد في غيرها، وهو ما رامت الأستاذة الفاضلة غنية بوحوش الكشف عنه في هذه المذكرة القيمة التي نالت بها درجة الماجستير في جامعة الأمير عبد القادر للعلوم الإسلامية كلية أصول الدين قسم الكتاب والسنّة، شعبة القراءات.
