في مطلع الثمانينات، والديكتاتورية العسكرية الثانية تطبق على الأنفاس والأعصاب والأدمغة، احتفيت، بعد قراءة متأنية، بإسهام حسين مروة في تأصيل الفكر الفسلفي العربي الإسلامي في مؤلفه (النزاعات المادية في الفلسفة العربية الإسلامية)، فقدمته بترحاب وحفاوة لقطاع محصور ومحاصر من القراء السودانيين المتعاملين مع الأدبيات المتداولة سراً.. وأرجأت عامداً وبقصد بضع إشارات وتساؤلات ناقدة، ريثما استكمل مقومات وأدوات النقد الفلسفي- بأن أـوفر ثانية لقراءة فاحصة، وأ‘ود لمراجع ومصادر استعين بها على الارتقاء بتلك الاشارات والتساؤلات إلى مستوى النقد المسهم والمكمل والمثري للمبحث- أي النقد كمقولة ديالكتيكية: سلب/ إيجاب، هدم/ بناء، نفي/ إثبات، نفي النفي، الخلع/ الغرس- يمزج العمليتين ويوحدهما في فعل واحد لا يفصل بينهما زمان ولامكان، ولا يحتاجان لحرف عطف يصل بينهما وصلاً ميكانيكياً في تتابع زمني أو تجاور مكاني.
