هذا الكتاب دراسة عن سمات العبقرية في الحضارة الإسلامية تحت إطار البلقان تحت الحكم العثماني، عبر فيها المؤلف بنماذج مختلفة لم يخترها من فترات الازدهار والتوهج وإنما اختارها من عصور فقدت فيها روح اللغة العربية حيث انتقلت السلطة الإسلامية إلى الاناضول على يد العثمانيين الذين يتحدثون اللغة التركية ولا يجيدون اللغة العربية، لكنهم رغم ذلك استطاعوا أن يتمثلوا الحضارة الإسلامية بق هذا الكتاب دراسة عن سمات العبقرية في الحضارة الإسلامية تحت إطار البلقان تحت الحكم العثماني، عبر فيها المؤلف بنماذج مختلفة لم يخترها من فترات الازدهار والتوهج وإنما اختارها من عصور فقدت فيها روح اللغة العربية حيث انتقلت السلطة الإسلامية إلى الاناضول على يد العثمانيين الذين يتحدثون اللغة التركية ولا يجيدون اللغة العربية، لكنهم رغم ذلك استطاعوا أن يتمثلوا الحضارة الإسلامية بقيمها العظيمية ويقيموا مجتمعات تتمتع بالحرية والازدهار والعدل. وبين فيها تكالب أوروبا كلها ضد العثمانيين عسكرياً وسياسياً وثقافياً.. وتسويدها لآلاف الصحفات بالافتراءات والأكاذيب عليهم.. وكان الصرب أشدهم عداوة وأكثرهم افتراءً وكذباً... مفنداً كل ما ساقوه من حجج وأباطيل، معتمدا في دراسته على كتابات بعض المؤرخين المنصفين "توماس ارنولد، ونويل مالكوم، وهاري ثيرلويل نوريس"، وعلى الوثائق التي نشروها.
