يحاول المؤلف أن يجيب عن هذا التساؤلات من خلال دراسة مكانة المرأة و بالتالي صورتها و صورة جسدها في بعض الخطابات العربية الإسلامية سواء كانت دينية تسعى إلى تكريس صورة للمرأة محددة و مستلهمة من التجربة الإسلامية في القر يجيب الكاتب عن هذا التساؤل- على حد قوله

يحاول المؤلف أن يجيب عن هذا التساؤلات من خلال دراسة مكانة المرأة و بالتالي صورتها و صورة جسدها في بعض الخطابات العربية الإسلامية سواء كانت دينية تسعى إلى تكريس صورة للمرأة محددة و مستلهمة من التجربة الإسلامية في القرون الهجرية الأولى ، أم كانت دعوية ذات طابع ديني صارم تريد من خلال الفتاوى التي تخرجها دونما سند أو ضابط لتحافظ بحسب زعمها على الدين و على قداسته بحفظ جسد الأنثى الحرمة العورة داخل طبقات كثيفة من اللباس ... أم كانت ترفيهية متساهلة إلى حد الميوعة تسعى عبر الفضائيات العربية المتكاثرة إلى تشييئ جسد الأنثى و تسليعه بما هو أداة لذة و نشوة و مظهر افتتان ، و اختصاره في بعد واحد لا غير و هو بعد غواية و إغراء و متعة
