ابن عاصم الغرناطي (760 - 829 هـ = 1359 - 1426 م)
محمد بن محمد بن محمد، أبو بكر ابن عاصم القيسي الغرناطي: قاض، من فقهاء المالكية بالأندلس. مولده ووفاته بغرناطة. كان يجلد الكتب في صباه، وتقدم حتى ولي قضاء القضاة ببلده.
له كتب منها، (تحفة الحكام في نكت العقود والأحكام - ط) أرجوزة في الفقه المالكي تعرف بالعاصمية، شرحها جماعة من العلماء، و (حدائق الأزاهر في مستحسن الأجوبة والمضحكات والحكم والأمثال والحكايات والنوادر - ط) وأراجيز (في الأصول) و (النحو) و (القراآت).
وهو والد أبي يحيى (محمد بن محمد ابن عاصم)

عرف أدبنا العربي أدب الفكاهة والسخرية منذ عصوره الأولى، ولكنه كان في بداياته حيث كانت قسوة الحياة وبساطتها في الجاهلية لا تسمح إلا بالقدر القليل منه، أو ربما كان يتخذ أشكالاً لم ترق إلى أن يصبح أدباً رفيعاً تتناقله الرواة مشافهة حتى توصله إلى عصر التدين. وجاء الإسلام وشغل الناس بالجهاد وبهذا الدين الجدي حدائق الازاهر في مستحسن الاجوبة المضحكة والامثال والحكايات والنوادر فاس
