ابن عاصم الغرناطي (760 - 829 هـ = 1359 - 1426 م)
محمد بن محمد بن محمد، أبو بكر ابن عاصم القيسي الغرناطي: قاض، من فقهاء المالكية بالأندلس. مولده ووفاته بغرناطة. كان يجلد الكتب في صباه، وتقدم حتى ولي قضاء القضاة ببلده.
له كتب منها، (تحفة الحكام في نكت العقود والأحكام - ط) أرجوزة في الفقه المالكي تعرف بالعاصمية، شرحها جماعة من العلماء، و (حدائق الأزاهر في مستحسن الأجوبة والمضحكات والحكم والأمثال والحكايات والنوادر - ط) وأراجيز (في الأصول) و (النحو) و (القراآت).
وهو والد أبي يحيى (محمد بن محمد ابن عاصم)

تعد منظومة « تحفة الحكَّام في نكت العقود والأحكام»، المسماة "بالعاصمية" للإمام العالم المجاهد القاضي « أبي بكر محمد بن محمد ابن عاصم القيسي الغرناطي الأندلسي المالكي (ت 829هـ) » ، من أجلّ وأبرز ما ألف في علم الوثائق والإبرام والقضاء؛ لسلامة نظمها، ووجازة لفظها، ولكونها قد اجتمع فيها ما افترق في غيرها، ولأهميتها اشتغل عليها أهل العلم بالشرح والبيان، وإزالة اللبس والإبهام، ف تعد منظومة « تحفة الحكَّام في نكت العقود والأحكام»، المسماة "بالعاصمية" للإمام العالم المجاهد القاضي « أبي بكر محمد بن محمد ابن عاصم القيسي الغرناطي الأندلسي المالكي (ت 829هـ) » ، من أجلّ وأبرز ما ألف في علم الوثائق والإبرام والقضاء؛ لسلامة نظمها، ووجازة لفظها، ولكونها قد اجتمع فيها ما افترق في غيرها، ولأهميتها اشتغل عليها أهل العلم بالشرح والبيان، وإزالة اللبس والإبهام، فوضعت عليها شروح عديدة من لدن المغاربة والمشارقة ، من بينها :
ـ شرح محمد بن يوسف الكافي التونسي
ـ شرح التاودي
ـ شرح التسولي
ـ الإتقان والإحكام في شرح تحفة الحكام
* عددأبيات هذه المنظومة ( 1698 ) ، وتضمنت مقدمة و سبعة عشر بابا .
