يتعرض المئات، وقد يكون الآلاف، من أبناء شعبنا الفلسطيني في الداخل – سنويا – لمضايقات وملاحقات سياسية، يقوم بها جهاز المخابرات الإسرائيلي، تهدف الى الحد من نشاط جماهيري، او سياسي تارة، وإلى محاولة تجنيد البعض ليكونوا خدماً لهذا الجهاز تارة أخرى.
ونحن في مؤسسة ميزان لحقوق الانسان لمّا رأينا أن هذه الممارسات منافية للقانون وللمواثيق الدولية التي تضمن حق التعبير عن الرأي، وحق ا يتعرض المئات، وقد يكون الآلاف، من أبناء شعبنا الفلسطيني في الداخل – سنويا – لمضايقات وملاحقات سياسية، يقوم بها جهاز المخابرات الإسرائيلي، تهدف الى الحد من نشاط جماهيري، او سياسي تارة، وإلى محاولة تجنيد البعض ليكونوا خدماً لهذا الجهاز تارة أخرى.
ونحن في مؤسسة ميزان لحقوق الانسان لمّا رأينا أن هذه الممارسات منافية للقانون وللمواثيق الدولية التي تضمن حق التعبير عن الرأي، وحق التحرك والتظاهر والممارسة السياسية، وجدنا من الضروري القيام بحملة توعية شاملة تهدف الى مواجهة هذه الملاحقات غير القانونية.
ومن هنا فقد أصدرنا سابقاً كتاباً بعنوان "في ضيافة الشاباك"، ثم تابعنا هذه الملاحقات بفتح أبواب طاقم المحامين في مؤسستنا لتقديم المشورة القانونية لكل من يدعى الى التحقيق، ونظم طاقم المحامين في المؤسسة عشرات ورشات العمل والمحاضرات لشرائح الطلاب والشباب المعرضين لهذه المضايقات.
وها نحن نضع بين أيديكم هذه الكراسة بعنوان (مطلوب للتحقيق - المخابرات في محطة الشرطة) لتكون لبنة اضافية ضمن لبنات مواجهة السياسة العنصرية.
