ناقش المؤلف في كتاب "نعم الله موجود" مبدأ وجود الخالق وضرورته لهذا الوجود فبعد إثبات أنه لا بد أن يكون هناك واجب الوجود، وهو موجد يكون وجوده ضرورياً لغيره وهو علة وجود كل هذه الممكنات والمحرك لها كما أكده العلماء والفلاسفة والحكماء وما جاء به الأنبياء والرسل أيضاً، وحتى يزول الشك عن بصيرة النفس الإنسانية المضطربة في هذا البحر من النظريات والمقولات التي اخترعها الإنسان ولكي يطمئن العقل البشري إلى حقيقة وجود الخالق لهذا الكون والسيد لهذا الوجود كان لا بد للخالق سبحانه أن ييسر للإنسان طريق معرفته وأن يدله على أبواب أسراره فيعرفه عن نفسه ويضع بين يديه مفاتيح أسرار وجوده.
وهذا الكتاب يتحدث عن الخالق سبحانه وتعالى كما عرف هو عن نفسه لأن ذلك هو من مستلزمات الهداية، وإلا فكيف يؤمن النفس والروح بخالق تجهله فكان من اللازم على الله أن يخبر عن نفسه عن طريق أنبياءه حتى لا يكون للإنسان وللبشر حجة على خالقهم. فلنسلك إذاً هذا الطريق، طريق معرفة الله الموصل إلى سعادة النفس وطمأنينتها وإلى هدوء العقل واستقراره بمعرفة أصل وجوده وخالقه فنجيب عن سؤال "من هو الله؟".
