الاستطلاع الاول كان عن مدينة تطاوين ولم يكن بمستوى الاستطلاعات السابقة اما الاستطلاع الثاني حول كوبا ذلك البلد الشيوعي المحاصر فقد كان ممتازا من نواح عديدة وقد جعل للعدد اهمية نوعا ما كونه منح القراء متعة السفر الى كوبا مع معلومات ثمينة حول ثقافتها وواقعها،اما لقاء اشرف ابو الزيد مع شايميف حول الواقع التراثي والحضاري للتتار في روسيا فقد كان مفيدا وجميلا بصور توضيحية...
مقال الفرغلي حول يوتوب ليس فيه جديد كون ان المعلومات اغلبها مذكور في الانترنت حول هذا الموقع الشهير.
في ثنايا العدد مقالات قيمة من قبيل مقال العولمة بين الهيمنة والانحسار والملف الكبير حول الشاعر الشهير عبد الوهاب البياتي(1926-1999) الذي تناول سيرته مع نقد وتحليل شعره الذي وصل الافاق مع الترجمة للغات الاخرى.
لم يكن مقال عصفور بذلك المستوى حول تأملات حكيم للشاعر عبد الصبور...
