الدكتور ناصر الأنصارى: رئيس الهيئة المصرية العامة للكتاب. حاصلٌ على ليسانس القانون من كلية الحقوق جامعة عين شمس سنة 1968 ودبلوم علوم الشرطة فى نفس العام كما على دراسات عليا فى الإدارة من جامعة جورج واشنطن بالولايات المتحدة الأمريكية (1979) ، كما حصل الدكتور ناصر الانصارى على دكتوراة الدولة فى القانون مع التخصص فى تاريخ النظم القانونية ، والسياسية والاجتماعية من كلية القانون ( أكس أن - بروفانس) بجامعة مرسيليا بفرنسا من ( 81 - 1985 ). وحصل الدكتور ناصر الانصارعلى وسام الاستحقاق من مصر ، ووسام جوقة الشرف من طبقة قائد (كوماندور) من فرنسا ، والعدديد من الأوسمة من بروناى ، ونيبال ، وإندونيسيا .. وغيرها وشغل الدكتور ناصر الانصارى عدة مناصب هامة ، حيث شغل وظيفة أمين رئاسة الجمهورية منذ 1975 ، ورئيس الإدارة المركزية لأمناء الضيافة 1988 ووكيل الوزارة بديوان كبير الأمناء من 1989 - 1991 ، ثم رئيسا لمجلس إدارة الهيئة العامة لدار الأوبرا المصرية نوفمبر 1991 - نوفمبر 1997 ورئيس مجلس إدارة الهيئة العامة لدار الكتب والوثائق القومية من مارس 1998 حتى 1999 ثم شغل منصب المدير العام لمعهد العالم العربى بباريس من يناير 1999 حتى مارس 2005 ثم رئيسا لمجلس إدارة الهيئة المصرية العامة للكتاب من مارس 2005 وحتى وفاته من مؤلفاته: موسوعة حكام مصر من الفراعنة إلى اليوم ( 1987 ) ، تاريخ أنظمة الشرطة فى مصر من الفراعنة إلى اليوم ( 1990 ) ، بليوجرافيا الأمن العام والشرطة والعلوم الجنائية من 1955 1988 فى مصر (1990 ) مشاركة مع أبو الفتوح عودة ، من بريق العقد الفريد لابن عبد ربه ( 1995 طبعة ثانية 2003 ) ، المجمل فى تاريخ مصر ( 1997 ) ، هؤلاء حكموا مصر ( مراجعة علمية د. ناصر الأنصارى) ، تاريخ المراسم فى مصر ، البلاط الملكى فى إمبراطوريات غرب إفريقيا القديم ، علم مصر ( 1997 ) ،النقود والبنوك الضريبية ( 1998) ،السلطة المقدسة للفرعون نظريا وتطبيقيا (1998) ، نظام ملكية الأراضى العقارية فى مصر من العصور الفرعونية حتى القرن العشرين (1998 )،المجمل فى تاريخ القانون المصرى (1998)، والعوربة فى مقابل العولمة عناصر لنظرية جديدة سنة (2002).
