إنّ موضوع كتاب « الإمام أبو الحسن اللخمي وجهوده في تطوير الاتجاه النقدي في المذهب المالكي بالغرب الإسلامي »، تأليف الدكتور: « محمد المصلح »، يرتبط بمجال النقد الداخل على مستوى فروع الفقه المالكي، انطلاقا من جهود أحد الرواد الكبار من علماء المذهب المالكي، في القرن الخامس الهجري الذي هو « أبو الحسن علي بن محمد الربعي اللخمي (ت478هـ) »، وهذا النقد يقوم على عرض فروغ المذهب على إنّ موضوع كتاب « الإمام أبو الحسن اللخمي وجهوده في تطوير الاتجاه النقدي في المذهب المالكي بالغرب الإسلامي »، تأليف الدكتور: « محمد المصلح »، يرتبط بمجال النقد الداخل على مستوى فروع الفقه المالكي، انطلاقا من جهود أحد الرواد الكبار من علماء المذهب المالكي، في القرن الخامس الهجري الذي هو « أبو الحسن علي بن محمد الربعي اللخمي (ت478هـ) »، وهذا النقد يقوم على عرض فروغ المذهب على أصوله وظوابطه وقواعده ومراعاة مدى الإنسجام بينها.
