صادر عن مركز الزيتونة للدراسات والاستشارات في حالة الثورة والتغيرات والتطورات التي تشهدها مصر منذ 25 كانون الثاني/ يناير 2011؛ تثير اهتماماً كبيراً وقلقاً بالغاً لدى صانع القرار الإسرائيلي، ولدى عامّة السياسيين، والإعلاميين، والمتخصصين. وقد زادت عناصر هذا القلق بصعود الإسلاميين المعروفين بعدائهم لـ"إسرائيل"، ورفضهم لاتفاقيات كامب ديفيد إلى سدّة الحكم. غير أن صعودهم كان مؤقتاً ومجتزأ، فقد تمّ تعطيل مجلسي النواب والشورى اللذيْن فازوا بهما، ثمّ تمّ إسقاط الرئيس المنتخب محمد مرسي وتعطيل الدستور، إثر مظاهرات 30 يونيو، وإثر الانقلاب العسكري المتحالف مع عدد من الأحزاب السياسية في 3 تموز/ يوليو 2013.
يسلط الكتاب أو الملف الضوء على أبرز المواقف الإسرائيلية تجاه الأحداث والتغيرات في مصر بعد 30 حزيران/ يونيو 2013، ويتناول الملف تصريحات ومواقف المسؤولين السياسيين والعسكريين الإسرائيليين، وكذلك الأكاديميين والإعلاميين، تجاه ما يحدث بمصر. ويعرض مواقف هذه الأطراف من الأحداث في سيناء، ومن موقف النظام الجديد من الإخوان المسلمين واعتبارهم حركة إرهابية، ومن الأزمة الداخلية في مصر، ومستقبل مصر السياسي، وانعكاسات ذلك على الجانب الإسرائيلي.
