Book Description
"Al-Fara-idul Bahiyyah" adalah merupakan nadham tentang Qawaid fiqh, buah karya : Syeikh Abu Bakar bin Abil Qasim bin Ahmad bin Muhammad bin Abi Bakar bin Muhammad bin Sulaiman bin Abil Qasim bin Umar Al-Ahdal (984 H -1035 H), yang mengambil pedoman dari kitab tulisan Imam Jalaluddin Abdur Rahman As Suyuthi (wafat th. 911 H) yang berna-ma "Al-Asybah wan Nadha-ir".
Sesuai de "Al-Fara-idul Bahiyyah" adalah merupakan nadham tentang Qawaid fiqh, buah karya : Syeikh Abu Bakar bin Abil Qasim bin Ahmad bin Muhammad bin Abi Bakar bin Muhammad bin Sulaiman bin Abil Qasim bin Umar Al-Ahdal (984 H -1035 H), yang mengambil pedoman dari kitab tulisan Imam Jalaluddin Abdur Rahman As Suyuthi (wafat th. 911 H) yang berna-ma "Al-Asybah wan Nadha-ir".
Sesuai dengan susunan Bab dalam "Al-Fara-idul Bahiyyah", maka buku ini akan terbagi menjadi tiga bab, yakni : Bab I Tentang Kaidah-kaidah Pokok; Bab II Tentang Kaidah-kaidah Kulliyah, yang seluruhnya berjumlah 40 kaidah; dan Bab III Tentang Kaidah-kaidah yang mukhtalaf. Hanya saja, kalau dalam "Al-Fara-idul Bahiyyah" perpindahan masalah tidak begitu kentara, karena dibicarakan secara langsung, maka dalam buku ini, sengaja disisipkan beberapa anak bab disertai dengan judul judul yang sesuai dengan pembicaraan yang ada di bawahnya. Hal ini diharapkan agar lebih memudahkan bagi para pelajar yang baru mulai.
