نبذة النيل والفرات:
إن عدم نقد مادة أصول الفقه عبر الزمان كن من الأسباب الرئيسة الذي ترتب عليه تخلف المسلمين على صعيد الفقه التشريعي والدستوري، والتخلف من الناحية المدنية والعلمية الذي أنتج عن كل ذلك في النهاية الاستبداد والاستعباد وظهور طبقة رجال الدين مقابل رجال السلطة ورجال العلم، وجرى ما جرى من مؤامرة حيكت ضد الشعوب لاستمرار الاستعباد لهم، ظهرت مفاهيم تصف الدين بالقصور نبذة النيل والفرات:
إن عدم نقد مادة أصول الفقه عبر الزمان كن من الأسباب الرئيسة الذي ترتب عليه تخلف المسلمين على صعيد الفقه التشريعي والدستوري، والتخلف من الناحية المدنية والعلمية الذي أنتج عن كل ذلك في النهاية الاستبداد والاستعباد وظهور طبقة رجال الدين مقابل رجال السلطة ورجال العلم، وجرى ما جرى من مؤامرة حيكت ضد الشعوب لاستمرار الاستعباد لهم، ظهرت مفاهيم تصف الدين بالقصور وأنه أفيون الشعوب ومفهوم الضعفاء والعجزة أو مفهوم تاريخي للإنسان البدائي وما شابه ذلك من الأفكار الهجومية على دين الحق. فلضرورة الأمر وأهميته وخطورة ما يترتب عليه يتناول المؤلف في كتابه هذا، مادة أصول الفقه نقداً ودراسة وحواراً وذلك من منطلق أن الأصول هي نتاج بشري خاضع للتطور والتراكم المعرفي بما يلبي حاجات كل مجتمع عبر الزمان، وذلك بما يضمن للمسلمين النهضة والتحرر من الاستعباد الثقافي وتم اختياره من أصول الفقه بضع موضوعات على درجة من الأهمية كنموذج عملي لغيرها.
