قسمت هذه المذكرات الى سبعة أبواب لتغطي الصراع الليبي- التشادي, الذي امتد من عام 1976 وحتى عام 1995م, حين انتهى هذا الصراع بشكل نهائي بإستلام تشاد شريط أ وأملي ان تساهم هذه المذكرات المتواضعة في تسليط الضوء على "حرب تشاد المشؤومة" في تلك الفترة العصيبة من تاريخ شعبنا, وان تظهر الحقائق التي طُمست طيلة تلك الفترة. وهي حرب طالما تشّوق الشعب الليبي لمعرفة حقيقة أحداثها المؤلمة
قسمت هذه المذكرات الى سبعة أبواب لتغطي الصراع الليبي- التشادي, الذي امتد من عام 1976 وحتى عام 1995م, حين انتهى هذا الصراع بشكل نهائي بإستلام تشاد شريط أوزو بناء على حكم صادر من محكمة العدل الدولية بأحقية تشاد فيه, بالإضافة الى العديد من الوثائق والمستندات واكثر من 300 صفحة تحوي كشوفا تامة بأسماء الشهداء والجرحى والعائدين
