إن كتاب « التنبيه » للإمام الشيرازي رحمه الله تعالىٰ ..كتاب غني عن التعريف ؛ لشهرته ومكانة مؤلفه . وقد اهتم العلماء بهـٰذا الكتاب ، فخط لنا الإمام النووي رحمه الله تعالىٰ كتابيه : « التحرير » و « تصحيح التنبيه » ، ثم جاء الإمام كمال الدين أحمد بن عمر النشائي رحمه الله تعالىٰ ، فأتحفنا بهـٰذا الكتاب المبارك . فوسم كتابه بـ « نكت النبيه علىٰ أحكام التنبيه » فأفاد وأجاد ، وخدم الفقه والفقهاء ، وترك كنزاً وإرثاً للعلماء . امتاز هـٰذا الكتاب باستيعابه للمسائل ، بخلاف ما فعله الإمام النووي رحمه الله تعالىٰ ؛ حيث إنه لم يصحح فيه من المسائل إلا القليل . وأكثر النشائي فيه من النقول الفقهية ، وحدَّد له مصطلحاً أشار له في مقدمته فقال : ( فإن اتفقا أي : الشيخان الرافعي والنووي أطلقتُ ، وإلا . .عزوتُ ، وما صححه في « الكفاية » . .فإنه في الاستيعاب غاية ... ) . فصحح المسائل ، وتعرض لما أغفله الإمام النووي ، وجعل عمدته في التصحيح كتاب ابن الرفعة « كفاية النبيه » ومال النشائي إلى الإيجاز ؛ حتىٰ غدت عبارته كالألغاز . وساق ضمن كتابه كثيراً من المصطلحات الفقهية ؛ كالنص والمنصوص ، والمنقول والقديم والجديد والوجوه والمذهب والأظهر والمشهور . . .إلىٰ غير ذلك . ودار المنهاج تهدي الأمة الإسلامية كنزاً جديداً ، وتحيي من غياهب المخطوطات إرثاً غالياً ؛ فإليكم هـٰذا التبر الخالص .
