حاشية الترمسي المسمى « موهبة ذي الفضل على شرح العلامة ابن حجر مقدمة بافضل » لا يخفى ما لكتاب « مسائل التعليم » المعروف بـ« المقدمة الحضرمية » من أهمية كبرى في سلسلة تعليم الفقه الشافعي ، فهو على اختصاره نواة أساسية ، تناولته أقلام الأئمة بالشروح والحواشي ، ولقد كتب له من الذيوع والانتشار ما لم يحظ به غيره . وكان العلامة الفقيه ابن حجر الهيتمي قد وضع شرحاً نفيساً على « المقدمة » سماه « المنهج القويم بشرح مسائل التعليم » ، امتاز بخلوه عن الحشو والاختصار المخل . وقد منَّ الله تعالى على دار المنهاج بإخراجه كاملاً بتتمة صاحب المتن من ( البيع ) إلى ( الهبة ) ، وبتتمة الشارح من ( الهبة ) إلى ( الفرائض ) . وأما « حاشية العلامة الترمسي » . .فهو الشرح الوافي ، والبحر المتموج بالفوائد لـ« المنهج القويم » ، نعته مصنفه بأنه : ( تقريرات رائقة ، وحواش فائقة ) ، وسماه : « موهبة ذي الفضل على حاشية شرح ابن حجر مقدمة بافضل » ، وسماه كما مرّ قبلُ بأخرة : « المنهل العميم بحاشية المنهج القويم » . جرى قلمه في هذه الحاشية باستفاضة وبسط في تحرير المسائل وتقريرها ؛ يذكر الدليل ويشير إلى التعليل . ولما كان صاحب هذا السفر خاتمة المحققين ، ونبراس الشافعيين ، وعمدة الخلف .. جاءت « حاشيته » حاوية للمعتمد في المذهب ، منتقيةً للراجح في مسائل الخلاف ، فهي بحق سفر يعتمد عليه ؛ لأنه حاوٍ لما تفرق في غيره ، جامع لما تشتت في بطون الكتب ، فهو جدير بالاقتناء والاصطفاء والنشر . وها هو اليوم يطبع لأول مرة محققاً مدققاً ، قد بذلت اللجنة العلمية القائمة على تحقيقه الجهد والوسع في إخراجه على هذا النحو الممتاز ، الذي يرضى به أولو العلم ، ويفرح به المتفقهة . كما يطبع معه كذلك ولأول مرة المجلد الخامس الذي هو من ( البيع ) إلى ( الفرائض ) ، وقد سبقت الإشارة إلى هذا التتميم . نسأل الله سبحانه وتعالى أن نكون قد وفقنا لخدمة هذا الكتاب الجليل ؛ لتنتفع به الأمة الإسلامية في شتى الأقطار .
