أولًا: الأصول التشريعية لقانون التأمين الاجتماعي رقم 79 لسنة 1975 والقرارات التنفيذية المكملة له طبقًا لأحدث التعديلات وأحكام النقض المصرية حتى عام 2003 ومبادئ المحكمة الإدارية العليا والمحكمة الدستورية العليا والقيود والأوصاف الجنائية للجرائم التأمينية المختلفة, ثانيًا: إجراءات السلامة والصحة المهنية وتأمين بيئة العمل ونظام تفتيش العمل طبقًا لقانون العمل الجديد 12/ 2003 والتعليمات القضائية والإدارية للنيابات وإجراءات صرف المعاش والحقوق التأمينية لورثة العامل, ثالثًا: الصيغ القانونية للدعاوى الخاصة بالعمال والمنازعات التأمينية وغيرها.
