"ذات جنون في مصحة العقلاء قررت أن تقابله، جمعت أغنياء الحب. وضحكات الفرح وصرخات الحرب وارتجافات الحزن صنعت منها دنيا غلفتها ببعضها وتركت البعض الآخر يرتب حياتها الأخرى. في يوم اللقاء أخرجت ثوب زفافها القديم وطرحتها التي لم تعد بيضاء حاولت ارتداء الثوب فأبى أن يحيط بجسدها الممتلئ بالسنين وضعت الطرحة على رأسها فتنافر اصفرارها المجهد مع شعرها المتمرد على كل شيء التحفت عباءتها السوداء وطرحتها المظلمة وتركت بقعتي ضوء تطلان من عينيها الذابلتين عند حلول الموعد انتظرت أحرقها الغياب، ناداها بعضها القابع في الصمت انتفضت لملمت ظلامها وأودعت دنياها وبقعتي الضوء أمانات المصحة بعد أن حجزت موعد كشف جديد."
