هذا الكتاب هو تحقيق مخطوط، في اصول الفقه الحنفي يعود تاريخ نسخه إلى ( هـ 690 / 1292 م) وموقف الكتاب هو الإمام حسام الدين محمد بن محمد الأخسيكثي ( ت 644 هـ / م 1247 ).وهو يقوم على دراسة مؤلف هذا الكتاب من أجل التعريف به ودراسة الوضع الذي عاش فيه في القرن السابع الهجري ( الثالث عشر الميلادي) سواء من الناحية الجغرافية أو التاريخية السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والعلمية.ومن خلال دراسة الكتاب تطرفت الى إهتمام المسلمين بهذا العمل وكثرة الناسخين والشارحين لكتابة مما يدل دلالة كبيرة على أهمية هذا الكتاب عند العلماء وطلبة العلم. لذلك قدمت للقسم الدراسي بمقدمة بينت فيها أهمية موضوع الكتاب (علم أصول الفقه) متى نشأ وكيف تطور، وطرق العلماء ومناهجهم في معالجة هذا العلم الذي اعتبره كثير من العلماء الأساس الذي لا بد منه لكثير منت العلوم الأخرى .
