يربط المؤلف في كتابه هذا بين البعد ع الله والخروج من عبادة الإيمان وبين الإدمان الذي هو نتاج إنحراف أخلاقي . فيبين العلاقة الوثيقة بينها في دعوة للقضاء على هذه الظاهرة الخبيثة بالعودة إلى الأخلاق الحميدة وإلى الدين الحنيف. وكذلك يعرض لنا نماذج حيه من زهرات الشباب الذين وقعوا في براثين الإدمان فذبلت أعمارهم وعقولهم وندموا في وقت لا ينفع فيه الندم. ثم يقوم بعد ذلك بعرض للعلاج الناجح الذي هو الإيمان والعودة إلى إحياء دور المساجد وملئ أوقات فراغ الشباب بالمفيد بعد ان قدم عرضا لمخاطر المخدرات وأضرارها على الفرد والمجتمع باكمله.
