ضمت هذه السلسلة نساء رائدات أعلاماً تتابعن عبر الأزمنة ، ومنهن من سبقت صناديد الرجال أشواطاً ، ومنهن من سارت إلى جانب الرجل تدله على الخير ، وتدفع الأخرى ، فهن كثيرات في كل عصر يلمعن كواكباً في الظلام الحالك ، فهن الجندي المجهول تارة والمعلوم تارة أخرى ، وإذا كانت سيرة كل واحدة منهن ذات طعم مختلف إلا أن خيطاً واحداً ينظمهن هو خيط الريادة فهن رائدات للنساء في كل زمان ومكان ، وقد ذكرت المؤلفة من بينهن الرائدات العربيات عبرالعصور العربية ، وإليك ذكرهن في كل كتاب . وفي هذا الجزء كان لمرتقب الكتابة عن رائدات العصر الراشدي والأموي ولكن شعوراً دب في نفس المؤلفة أنها قصرت في حق الصحابيات فآثرت الرجوع اليهن في هذا الجزء وقد تناولت سيرة أكثر من عشرين صحابة كتبت عنهن مرتبات على الحروف الهجائية منهن : أم اسحاق الغنوية ، بريرة مولاة عائشة ، حمنة بنت جحش ، فاطمة بنت أسد ، الفريعة بنت مالك بن سنان ، قتيلة بنت النضر ، هند بنت أثاثة ، وغيرهن مع موعدنا مع المؤلفة في الجزء السابع لإكمالهن .
