ھﺬا اﻟﻜﺘﺎب ﻳﺸﺪد ﻋﻠﻰ أھﻤﯿﺔ اﻟﻜﺘﺎب ﻣﻦ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺳﺎﺋﺮ وﺳﺎﺋﻞ ﻧﻘﻞ اﻟﻤﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎت، إﻧﻄﻼﻗﺎً ﻣﻦ ﻛﻮﻧﻪ أﻋﺮق اﻟﻮﺳﺎﺋﻞ ﻓﻲ ﺗﻨﺎول اﻟﻌﻠﻢ وطﻠﺒﻪ، ﻓﺄراد اﻟﺒﺎﺣﺚ إﻟﻘﺎء اﻷﺿﻮاء ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﻜﺎﻧﺘﻪ واﻷﺣﻜﺎم اﻟﻔﻘﮫﯿﺔ اﻟﻤﺘﻌﻠﻘﺔ ﺑﻪ، وﺟﻤﻌﮫﺎ ﻓﻲ ﻣﻜﺎن واﺣﺪ، واﻟﺘﺮﻛﯿﺰ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﺴﺎﺋﻞ ﻣﺴﺎﺋﻠﮫﺎ. ﺗﺄﺗﻲ أھﻤﯿﺔ ھﺬا اﻟﺒﺤﺚ ﻣﻦ ﻛﻮﻧﻪ ﻗﺪ ﺟﻤﻊ ﻓﻲ ﻛﺘﺎب واﺣﺪ ﻣﺼﻨﻔﺎت اﻟﻔﻘﮫﺎء اﻟﻤﺘﻨﺎﺛﺮة، ﻓﻨﻈﺮ اﻟﺒﺎﺣﺚ إﻟﻰ ﺣﺎﺟﺔ اﻟﻨﺎس اﻟﻔﻘﮫﯿﺔ اﻟﺨﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻜﺘﺐ ﻏﯿﺮ اﻟﻤﺼﺤﻒ اﻟﺸﺮﻳﻒ، أي دون أن ﻳﻀﻤﻦ دراﺳﺘﻪ ھﺬه أﺣﻜﺎم اﻟﻤﺼﺤﻒ ﻧﻈﺮاً ﻟﻜﺜﺮﺗﮫﺎ ﺑﺮأﻳﻪ وطﻮل ﻓﻲ ﻋﺼﺮﻧﺎ إﻟﻰ ﻣﻌﺮﻓﺔ اﻷﺣﻜﺎم اﻟﺸﺮﻋﯿﺔ واﻵداب اﻟﻤﺮﻋﯿﺔ اﻟﻤﺘﻌﻠﻘﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻜﺘﺎب، وﺧﺼﻮﺻﺎً ﻣﻊ ﻛﺜﺮة ﺗﺪاوﻟﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ اﻟﻨﺎس وﻛﺬﻟﻚ ﻣﻦ ﻛﻮﻧﻪ ﻳﺘﻄﺮق ﻟﻤﺴﺎﺋﻞ ﺗﺘﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﻮﺳﯿﻠﺔ إﻋﻼﻣﯿﺔ ﻣﻘﺮوءة ھﺎﻣﺔ وﺣﯿﻮﻳﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺣﯿﺎة اﻟﻤﺴﻠﻤﯿﻦ اﻟﯿﻮﻣﯿﺔ. إﺗﻜﺄ اﻟﺒﺎﺣﺚ ﻓﻲ دراﺳﺔ ھﺬه ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﻨﮫﺞ اﻷﺳﺘﻘﺮاﺋﻲ، واﻟﺘﺤﻠﯿﻠﻲ، وﻛﺬﻟﻚ اﻟﻤﻨﮫﺞ اﻟﻔﻘﮫﻲ اﻟﻤﻘﺎرن، وإﺳﺘﺨﺮج اﻷﺣﺎدﻳﺚ اﻟﻨﺒﻮﻳﺔ ﻣﻦ ﻛﺘﺐ اﻟﺴﻨﺔ اﻟﻤﻌﺘﻤﺪة ﺧﺪﻣﺔ ﻟﻠﺒﺤﺚ. وﻟﻺﺣﺎطﺔ ﺑﻤﻮﺿﻮع اﻟﺪراﺳﺔ أﻛﺜﺮ ﻗﺴﻢ ﻋﻤﻠﻪ إﻟﻰ ﻣﻘﺪﻣﺔ، وﺗﻤﮫﯿﺪ ، وﻓﺼﻠﯿﻦ، وﺧﺎﺗﻤﺔ. وﺑﺪأ اﻟﻔﺼﻞ اﻟﺘﻤﮫﯿﺪي ﺑﺎﻟﺘﻌﺮﻳﻒ ﺑﺎﻟﻜﺘﺐ واﻟﻤﺼﻄﻠﺤﺎت ذات اﻟﺼﻠﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﻮﺿﻮع، وﺗﺪوﻳﻦ اﻟﻜﺘﺐ وطﺒﺎﻋﺘﮫﺎ، وﻣﻜﺎﻧﺘﮫﺎ، وآداب اﻟﺘﻌﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﻌﮫﺎ. وﺟﺎء اﻟﻔﺼﻞ اﻷول ﺑﻌﻨﻮان اﻷﺣﻜﺎم اﻟﻔﻘﮫﯿﺔ اﻟﻤﺘﻌﻠﻘﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻜﺘﺐ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻌﺒﺎدات واﻟﺠﮫﺎد، وﻗﺪ إﺷﺘﻤﻞ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺳﺘﺔ ﻣﺒﺎﺣﺚ ھﻲ: ﻣﺲ اﻟﻤﺤﺪث ﻟﻠﻜﺘﺐ، واﻹﺳﺘﺠﻤﺎل ﺑﮫﺎ، وإﺗﻼﻓﮫﺎ، وﺗﺤﻠﯿﺘﮫﺎ، وزﻛﺎﺗﮫﺎ، وﺣﺮق ﻣﺘﺎع اﻟﻐﺎل ﻣﻦ اﻟﻐﻨﯿﻤﺔ إذا ﻛﺎن ﻓﯿﻪ ﻛﺘﺐ. أﻣﺎ اﻟﻔﺼﻞ اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﻓﺠﺎء ﺑﻌﻨﻮان: وﺳﺮﻗﺘﮫﺎ، وﺗﺄﻟﯿﻔﮫﺎ. أﻣﺎ اﻟﺨﺎﺗﻤﺔ ﻓﻘﺪ إﺣﺘﻮت ﻋﻠﻰ أھﻢ ﻧﺘﺎﺋﺞ ھﺬا اﻟﺒﺤﺚ، وﺟﺎءت ﻓﻲ ﺛﻤﺎﻧﯿﺔ ﻋﺸﺮة ﻧﻘﻄﺔ. إﺿﺎﻓﺔ إﻟﻰ ﻓﮫﺎرس اﻷﺣﻜﺎم اﻟﻔﻘﮫﯿﺔ اﻟﻤﺘﻌﻠﻘﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻜﺘﺐ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻤﻌﺎﻣﻼت وﻏﯿﺮھﺎ، وﺗﻀﻤﻦ ﺳﺘﺔ ﻣﺒﺎﺣﺚ ﺗﺪور ﺣﻮل ﺑﯿﻊ اﻟﻜﺘﺐ، وإﺟﺎرﺗﮫﺎ، وإﻋﺎرﺗﮫﺎ، ووﻗﻔﮫﺎ، اﻵﻳﺎت اﻟﻘﺮآﻧﯿﺔ واﻷﺣﺎدﻳﺚ اﻟﻨﺒﻮﻳﺔ واﻷﺑﯿﺎت اﻟﻌﺸﺮﻳﺔ واﻷﻣﺎﻛﻦ ... إﻟﺦ
