كانت بدايته في الإخراج، مساعد للمخرج، ثم مخرج مساعد ثم مخرج، وكان أول عمل درامي من إخراجة مسلسل "الزيارة"، وقام بإخراج العديد من الأعمال التلفزيونية الناجحة، ومن أبرزها مسلسل "عفوا سيدي الوالد"، وشاركت مسلسلاته التي اخرجها في عدة مهرجانات عربية، وحازت على عدة جوائزة منها مهرجان المغرب العربي، ومهرجان القاهرة للإذاعة والتلفزيون·

كان للتاريخ حظ وافر في موضوعات كتابنا هذا، ذلك لأن التاريخ يعيد نفسه، وما أشبه الليلة بالبارحة لذا، حاولت ذكر كثير من حوادث التاريخ، وإسقاطها على واقعنا اليوم، لتكون لنا عبرة، ولعلها تساهم في نهضة أمتنا.
