إن علم السياسية يبحث عن ظواهر المجتمع السياسي، فكل ظاهرة اجتماعية هي من عوارض وخصائص المجتمع السياسي للإنسان تدخل في موضوع علم السياسية ليدرسها ويكتشف حقيقتها ويفسر أسباب نشأتها. والملاحظ في هذا الرأي أنه أولاً: أضحى لعلم السياسة موضوع واحد حقيقي، وبالتالي يكون هناك علم السياسة لا علوم سياسية متعددة، وتكون جميع الموضوعات المذكورة عبارة عن مصاديق لهذا الموضوع الواحد، فهي ميادين بحث لهذا العلم وتطبيقات لموضوعه. ثانياً: كما أصبح مسار البحث لعالم السياسة واضحاً فهمُّه دراسة هذه الظواهر، وليس تقديم الرؤية السياسية لما ينبغي وما يلزم، فذاك من شؤون رجال المذاهب السياسية ونظرياتهم. في ضوء هذا الرأي في موضوع علم السياسة فإن كل الظواهر السياسية تكون مجالاً للبحث والتحليل في علم السياسة وقد أهتم المؤلف في كتابه هذا بدراسة أهم تلك الظواهر في أبحاث هذا العلم وذلك بغاية تقديم رؤية تجديدية من وجهة نظر إسلامية وهي: 1-المشكلة السياسية، عواملها، طرق حلها، المستقبل السياسي للبشرية، 3-الدولة، تعريفها، نشأتها، نظام الدولة الحديث، 4-الحكومة، ضرورتها، أنواعها، هيئاتها، 5-الأمة، تعريفها، أسسها، 6-الوطن، شروط المواطن، 7-الشعب وقواه السياسية، الأحزاب وقوى الضغط، 8-الشعب وقواه السياسية، الرأي العام، 9-الثورة، عواملها، حتميتها، شرعيتها
