يناقش كتاب “إيران: جمهورية إسلامية أم سلطنة خمينية؟” الصادر عن مركز الأهرام للنشر والترجمة والتوزيع الأزمة الإيرانية الراهنة من زاوية أنها ليست أزمة مؤقتة، بل أزمة انقسام عميق في بنية المجتمع وفي نخبته السياسية. ويصوّر الكتاب الذي يضم دراسات خمس أعدها د. وحيد عبد المجيد، ود. مصطفى اللباد، ود. محمد السعيد عبد المؤمن، ود. مدحت حمادو ومحمد عباس ناجى، الصراع في إيران بأنه على تحديد اتجاه المستقبل: فهل تكون إيران جمهورية إسلامية داخل حدودها أم سلطنة خمينية تسعى إلى وراثة السلطنة العثمانية بصورة حديثة؟. ويركز الدكتور وحيد عبد المجيد في عرضه على نقطتين رئيستين الأولى: النظام الإيراني الآن شبه جمهوري أو نصف جمهوري، والصراع هو بين من يتطلعون إلى جمهورية كاملة ومن يريدون نظاما سلطانيا يتمدد في الخارج؛ والثانية: الخلاف على حدود (ولاية الفقيه) يرتبط بالصراع على المستقبل: أنصار الولاية المطلقة هم “السلطانيون” والداعون إلى تقييد هذه الولاية هم الجمهوريون. ويلقي الدكتور مصطفى اللباد في دراسته الضوء على أن النظام الإيراني لم يعد طائرا عاديا بجناحين (إصلاحي ومحافظ) وإنما تحول إلى طائر خرافي ثلاثي الأجنحة، ويركز على أن أجنحة النظام الإيراني الآن كلها يمينية بينما يضمر الجناح اليساري.
