صلاح منتصر، كاتب وصحفي مصري شهير بجريدة الأهرام وصاحب عمود يومي بعنوان مجرد رأي. ومن اشهرها (أنت سيد قرارك) المقرره علي الثانوية العامة والتي تدعو إلى الإقلاع عن التدخين.. كان صديقاً للكاتب المصري الراحل عبد الوهاب مطاوع. بتبنى حملة ضد التدخين ويركز على ذلك في عموده اليومي في شهرفبراير تزامنا مع اليوم العالمي لمكافحة التدخين. كما كان عضواً لمجلس الشورى وكذلك عضواً للمجلس الأعلى للصحافة في مصر. ورئيس مجلس إدرة المركز الإعلامى العربي. ولد وتربى في مدينة دمياط. والتحق بكلية الحقوق ثم قام بالعمل مع الأستاذ الكبير حسنين هيكل كصحفى بمؤسسة الأهرام إلى أن وصل إلى أعلى دراجات الصحافة ثم بدأ بالكتابة بعمودة الشهير مجرد رأى والذي اشتهر به خلال السنوات الماضية.
