شوقي محمد أبو خليل، كاتب وباحث فلسطيني، له العديد من المؤلفات من أشهرها كتابه (الإسلام في قفص الاتهام)، ولد في بيسان بفلسطين، ورحل مع أسرته إلى دمشق فتعلم بها، إجازة في التاريخ من جامعتها. دكتوراه من أكاديمية العلوم في أذربيجان.
وظائفه: أستاذ ومدير في الثانويات، موجه اختصاصي في وزارة التربية، عضو في قسم المناهج والكتب، مسؤول في دائرة الامتحانات بها، أستاذ الحضارة الإسلامية والاستشراق في كلية الدعوة شوقي محمد أبو خليل، كاتب وباحث فلسطيني، له العديد من المؤلفات من أشهرها كتابه (الإسلام في قفص الاتهام)، ولد في بيسان بفلسطين، ورحل مع أسرته إلى دمشق فتعلم بها، إجازة في التاريخ من جامعتها. دكتوراه من أكاديمية العلوم في أذربيجان.

Book Description
كتاب يتحدث عن روح الإسلام الذي لا يكتفى فيه بالإيمان وحده، بل لا بد من انعكاس هذا الإيمان على أفعال المسلم، وتصرفاته، وأخلاقه.
وبعد أن تحدث المؤلف في كتابه عن حسن الخلق ومكانته من الدين تعرض لأهم الأخلاق التي يجب أن يتحلى بها المسلم، فبين أنه امرؤ سمح لين حليم، لا يكون ذا وجهين، لا يغتاب ولا ينم، يستقيم على الحق، لا يهرف بما لا يعرف، قارئ لأنه من أمة اقرأ، ليس بأناني ولا بخيل، لا يضيع الوقت، يحب النظام، أنيق الهندام، حافظ اللسان، لا يعرف المباهاة، يتقن عمله ويخلص فيه، لا يشمت بأحد، ولا يفشي سر أحد. إنها مكارم الأخلاق كما يقول المؤلف، وهي دالة على الإيمان.
كأنني أقف أمام مرآة لأقول لمن صورته فيها: ابدأ بنفسك ترجع إلى الإسلام عزته.
اربط بين عقيدتك وسلوكك.
ولا تغرنك عبادتك، إن لم تنهك عن الفحشاء والمنكر.
سلوكك ينعقد من نظام وأسس، أولها: عقيدتك.
أربأ بك أن تسيء لدينك ودعوتك في سلوكك.
إن السلوك ثمرة العقيدة. وعمل الخير، خير العمل.
الشرائع كلها نزلت لتحقيق أمر أساس: (ليقوم الناس بالقسط)، ولن يقوم الناس بالقسط إلا بمكارم الأخلاق. فكيف نسعى إليها؟ وكيف نتخلق بها؟ وكيف نحافظ عليها؟
