الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية لا تنظر إلى البشر إلا كما نظر إليهم ميكافيللي، ولا يتعامل ساستها مع العالم إلا في إطار برامجهم السياسية المريضة، فهم يرون البشر خبثاء بطبعهم، ناكرين للجميل، متقلبين ومرائين ولا يفعلون الخير إلا للضرورة. وبالتالي فإن التعارض بين من ينصب نفسه حاكماً على هذا الكون وبين الكائنات التي تشغل حيزاً رقمياً في إمبراطوريته هو تعارض محتوم وما عليه إلى أن يمارس أشد أشكال البطش لترويض هؤلاء الرعاع وتلقينهم دروساً في الطاعة والولاء، وأن يجعل المحافظة على قوة دولته وهيبتها غاية أولى للسياسة التي ينتجها، كي يتمكن من توسيع سلطانها وبسط نفوذها، وعليه-أيضاً-أن يبتكر كل ما هو كفيل بذلك من وسائل دون الاستناد إلى أية قيمة أخلاقية، أن دولته الأقوى في هذا الكون المبتلي بشرورها ونوازعها لا يمكن لها أن تسود إذا قامت على أساس أخلاقي. ‘ن أمريكا، الطامعة في "تدجين" العالم و"ترويض" الخبثاء، لا تبالي بالأخلاق والقيم، ولا تعتقد بأهمية حب الناس واحترامهم لها، ولا تقيم وزناً لسخطهم على ممارستها العنصرية، ودعمها للأنظمة الفاسدة، لتحقيق مصالحها على حساب المقهورين والأشقياء، وهي قوة منفلتة غاشمة لا تنطفئ شرارة حربها إى بانكفائها إلى داخلها أمام انخراط الأسرة الإنسانية برمتها في جبهة واحدة لصد هذا الطاغوت، والحد من عدوانيته وفاشيته، ولجم نوازعه الاستبدادية والتوسعية.
