لم أولد في عام الانتكاسات الكبرى، ولم أولد في عام الحسم، لكني ولدت عام 1977 أي في بداية تلك الأعوام التي أرهصت باللزوجة والانفراط... وفي عام 1998 تخرجت في كلية الآثار قسم الآثار المصرية وقد انتهت كل الإرهاصات ولم يبق النزيف للجسم عورات يمكن لورق التوت أن يسترها. انتمي لجيل أخص ما يميزه هو آلاف الذوات المنعزلة كجزر ميكروسكوبية ما يجمعها لا يرى بالعين المجردة، بهم إنساني دمث بدأت الكتابة وحصلت على عدة جوائز متناثرة منها جائزة من نادي القصة. في حقيبة يدي الضخمة عدة هويات.. بطاقتي الشخصية، كارنيه نقابة الصحفيين، وفي جعبتي هويات كثيرة قديمة لورش السيكودراما وإعداد ممثل ورصد إعلامي وأنشطة مؤسسسة المرأة الجديدة ودبلومة من معهد النقد الفني بأكاديمية الفنون.. كلها أشياء صغيرة.. ربما لن يتبقى منها ومني سوى مجموعة قصصية وتشكيلية بعنوان (معراج) صدرت منذ ثلاثة أعوام، وتجربتي الثانية بين أيديكم الآن..
