سعيد بن منصور بن شعبة الخراساني، المروزي، الطالقاني، البلخي (أبو عثمان) محدث، حافظ، مفسر.
ولد بجوزجان، ونشأ ببلخ، وطاف البلاد، وسكن مكة، وتوفي بها في رمضان وهو في عشر التسعين.
من تصانيفه: السنن، وتفسير القرآن الكريم.

يعتبر كتاب سعيد بن منصور هذا من كتب السنن المهمة التي جمعت مختلف الكتب والأبواب الفقهية وقد قسم كتابه هذا على طريقة الكتب والأبواب فيأتي بالكتاب الذي يريد أن يتكلم عليه ( الفرائض - الجهاد ) مثلا ويبوب عليها أبوابا فيما ورد فيها وليس هذان الجزآن هما كل الكتاب بل هما المجلد الثالث منه فقط إذ لم يعثر في كتب المخطوطات إلا على المجلد الثالث منه من كتاب أصول الفرائض إلى نهاية كتاب الجهاد ولكن رغم نقص الكتاب فهذه غنيمة علمية عظيمة أن حصلنا على مجلد منه وهذه الطبعة محققة ومعلق عليها من قبل الأستاذ المحدث الشيخ حبيب الرحمن الأعظمي
