كاتب وباحث في الأدب والتاريخ , من المملكة العربية السعودية , بدأ مشواره في الكتابة منذ سن الرابعة عشر من عمره , من مواليد 1975م 1395هـ , مؤلفاته بلغت عددها 30 مؤلفاً , من تحقيق للتراث الإسلامي, وتواليف في تراجم العلماء , كالجاحظ والأصمعي وغيرهما , وتراجم للصحابة والتابعين , له رواية واحدة عنوانها الأرض الطيبة , وديوان شعر نثري عنوانه أعجوبة القدر.

خطبة الكتاب الحمد لله رب العالمين، الخالق العظيم المنّان العزيز، والرحيم الودود، الغفور الحيٌ القيوم، الذي لا تأخذه سنه ولا نوم العليم الحليم، رب العرش المجيد وأصلّ وأسلم على الأمين المبعوث رحمة للعالمين، صلى الله عليه وعلى آله الطيبين الطاهرين، وصحبه الغر الميامين، ومن تبعهم بإحسانٍ إلى يوم الدين أما بعد: فهذا كتاب ألفته على فترات من عمري الماضية، في تقطع أحيان وتواصل أحيان أٌخر، في تواصل مرة وأدبار مرة، ذلك لكثرة ما شغلني عنه من أعمال مهمة، ففي حينها كنت أدرس في الجامعة محصلاً للعلوم والفائدة، وكانت هو الكتاب الأول في عمل الرواية، مستعين بالله تعالى، باذلاً جهدي لإتمامه. لا زلت أذكر البداية لهذا الكتاب، والذي في أول الأمر مجرد وريقات خمسٍ إلى عشرٍ، ثم ما لبثت الهمة تزداد فأزداد عدده، و إتمامه في أكمل وأحسن وجه، حتى أتت فيما هي عليه الآن، والحمد لله على توفيقه، ثم أنني تركتها سنوات طوال وهي نحو خمس سنين وأكثر قليلاً، وسبب ذلك إني في هذه السنوات الخمس كنت قد ألفت كتباً وحققت عدداً من المخطوطات، وهاأنذا أعيد هذا الكتاب من بدايته وحتى منتاه، اكتبه في دفتر جديد وبأحسن مما كان قبل، وكنت فيما مضى قد أسميته "الجزيرة الخضراء"ثم عدلت عن ذلك الاسم، فأسميته "الأرض الطيبة"، وقد أضفت في هذا الكتاب الكثير والكثير من الفوائد نفع الله به. وبعد: فهذه رواية، وهي عبارة عن فصول إنسانيه أدبيه، وهي بروح إسلامية سمحة، تتحدث عن كل ما هو متعلق بشخصية المسلم، من زهد وخٌلق وفضيلة، وكل ما هو متعلق بمحاسن هذا الدين الحنيف الذي ارتضاه رب العالمين وسنه خاتم الأنبياء والمرسلين صلى الله عليه وسلم. والحمد لله أولاً وأخراً. المعتصم بالله أبي الحسن تركي بن الحسن الدهماني
