إنّ الأعداء المتربصين بالإسلام والمسلمين، حاولوا ولا يزالون بشتّى الوسائل والأساليب، إحياء المقولة التي كانت شعاراً لعمليات التطهير العرقي والإبادة الجماعية، والتي نفّذها - منذ عدّة قرون - الأوروبيون الغزاة بحق الهنود الحمر سكان القارة الأمريكية الأصليين؛ وذلك بُغية القضاء عليهم أو تهجيرهم، تمهيداً لاحتلال أراضيهم واستعمارها ونهب ثرواتها، وكانت هذه المقولة تقول: (الهندي الصالح هو الهندي الميت)، ولتصبح في الزمن المعاصر بعد محاولات إحيائها وتطبيقها عملياً على الشكل التالي: (المسلم الصالح هو المسلم الميت)، وصفةُ الميت الملازمة للشخص الموصوف هنا لا تعني بالضرورة الموت الجسدي والمادي فحسب، بل تشير كذلك إلى الموت المعنوي والانكسار النفسي والانهزام الروحي وذهاب العزة والكرامة، وهذا الموت الأخير أشدّ فتكاً وأكثر إيذاءً وتأثيراً على حياة الشعوب والأمم من الموت الأول؛ وذلك لأنّه إذا ما انهزمت الأمة معنوياً وماتت من داخلها، فإنّ شوكتها تنكسر وتضيع هيبتها بين الأمم، ويصبح من السهل على أعدائها افتراسها واستعبادها. ومن أساليب سيطرة المستكبرين على المستضعفين، هو اختراع هذا القانون الدولي الحاكم على رقاب الدول المستضعفة فقط. في هذا الكتاب يتم استعراض هذا القانون، وهل أنّ المقاومة شرعية طبقاً لهذا القانون على علاّته، مع اقتناص القوانين التي تقف في صف المقاومة، وكذلك مناقشة أنّ غير الشرعي في القانون الدولي هو الاحتلال، وأنّ على الاحتلال - قبل المقاومة - أن يبحث عن مشروعيته القانونية، وفي الختام بحث حجّية هذا القانون الدولي، وهل يتوفر على شرائط القانون المقبولة أم لا.
