خاطب النبي محمد (صلى الله عليه وسلم) علياً أبي طالب قائلاً "أما ترضى أن تكون مني بمنزلة هارون من موسى" نسوق هذا الكلام للدلالة على مضمون كتاب السيد "عبد المحسن علي أبو عبد الله" الموسوم بـ "غيب الحسين"، الذي يذكر فيه بأن سبب الفضائع التي إرتكبت في التاريخ الإسلامي هو إنحراف بعض الفرق الإسلامية عن المنهج الذي رسمه النبي محمد (صلى الله عليه وسلم) للأمة الإسلامية، وذلك لعلمه (صلى الله عليه وسلم) أن الأمة تنقلب بعده كما اخبر العزيز الحكيم "وما محمد إلا رسول قد خلت من قبله الرسل أفأن مات أو قتل انقلبتم على أعقابكم". وبناءاً على ذلك جاء هذا الكتاب ليضيء محطات مؤلمة من التاريخ الإسلامي بعد وفاة رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ويكشف أحداثاً ووقائع وحروب خاضها المسلمون لرفع راية الإسلام، ومنها خروج الحسين عليه السلام إلى كربلاء المقدسة وإستشهاده.
