عنتر الأشقر هو هر حقيقي يزورنا في بيتنا في الجبل. لقد مر وقت طويل قبل أن أكتشف أن خوفه وخجله والحزن الدائم في عينيه قد نتج عن عدم قدرته على التعبير أو الصراخ بوجه من يحاول إيذاءه وهم كثر. حين يحضر لتناول طعامه يمنحني فرحاً غريباً لأنني أدرك أن ينظر إلي كصديق، إذ أدرك أنني اكتشف إعاقته وأنني اكتشفت قدرته على تجاوزها ببسالة وذكاء. أصبحت صداقته تحرك بي الكثير من المشاعر وانتظر قدومه كلما ذهبنا إلى الجبل. منذ مدة لم يحضر، غير أنني واثقة أنه سيفاجئني يوماً وستكون عيناه أقل حزناً وأكثر جرأة، وربما يكون لديه قصص أخرى ترويها عيناه فأكتب كتاباً آخر عنه وعن مغامراته في مواجهة حياة قاسية غير متوقعة.
