يتضمن هذا الكتاب: أولًا: التعليق على القانون رقم 119 لسنة 2008 بإصدار قانون البناء الجديد والتشريعات المكملة له ومشكلاته العملية وغيرها، ثانيًا: التعليق على النظام القانوني لاتحاد الشاغلين في قانون البناء رقم 119/ 2008 ومواد القانون المدني ومواد اللائحة التنفيذية الصادرة بقرار وزير الإسكان رقم 144/ 2009 وقرار وزير الإسكان رقم 200 لسنة 2009 بشأن النظام النموذجي لاتحاد الشاغلين والتشريعات المكملة لها وغيرها، ثالثًا: التعليق على القوانين والقرارات المكملة لقانون البناء رقم 119/ 2008 ولائحته التنفيذية رقم 144/ 2009 وقرارات المحافظين ومنها قراري محافظ القاهرة رقم 3717/ 2009 ورقم 10132/ 2012 وقرار محافظ الجيزة رقم 6097/ 2009 المتعلقين بالاشتراطات البنائية الخاصة بالمحافظات وغيرها، رابعًا: القرارات المتعلقة بتقييد وتسجيل بعض العقارات الكائنة بأحياء المحافظات المختلفة بسجلات التراث المعماري ولجان الحفاظ على التراث المعماري، خامسًا: أحدث أحكام النقض المتعلقة بقانون البناء رقم 119/ 2008 وقانون البناء رقم 106/ 1976 المعدل وغيرها.
