إن الإعلام العربي مطالب بتكريس الحرية السياسية التي تتصل بشكل وثيق بحرية الصحافة وحرية التعبير نظراً لإرتباط هذه الحرية بتسريع جهود البناء والتنمية وتقدم المجتمع المدني ومحاربة الظلم الإجتماعي وتدريس الديمقراطية السليمة والتعددية السياسية.
